Who is collecting your information

Alfred Assistance Limited (company 9431273), 41 Park Hill Road, Birkenhead, Auckland 0626, New Zealand. Contact: support@alfredassistance.com. We collect and hold the information.

What we collect and why

Your name, email, mobile number and your answers about what you want to do, your timing, the price or loan range, your deposit, household income range, how you're paid, other debts and your current lender. We collect it so a licensed mortgage adviser can contact you about your enquiry and come prepared. We also record when you ticked the consent boxes, your IP address and browser, and which ad or page you came from.

Who receives it

One licensed mortgage adviser firm in our network that helps with your kind of enquiry. Advisers in our network work with borrowers from anywhere in New Zealand. We tell you who by text straight after you submit. We don't sell or share your enquiry with anyone else. Our service providers (hosting, database, SMS and email) process it on our behalf; some are outside New Zealand.

Is it compulsory?

No. But without your contact details and answers we can't connect you with an adviser, and without confirming your mobile we can't pass your enquiry on.

Advertising

We use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads. It records that someone visited and that an enquiry was sent. It never receives your answers, your contact details or any financial information.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you at support@alfredassistance.com. You can stop texts by replying STOP.

Alfred isn't a lender or a financial adviser and doesn't give financial advice. The adviser you're matched with is responsible for any advice they give you.
